Orders & Shipment

• Orders once placed with House of Ayana, cannot be cancelled.
• We require 48 - 72 hours to dispatch the order & delivery will take 4-5 business days within India and 7-10 business days for International orders.
• Shipping timelines provided are only an estimate and is subject to change based on location and shipping company's connectivity. House of Ayana will not be held responsible for any shipping delays once dispatched.
• Shipping within India is free for order values above INR 10,000/-
• For international destinations, we charge a flat fee of INR 2999/- for any number of products. 

• Please note that at the time of placing an order, you are only clearing the freight charges. 
• Local import duties may be payable upon receipt which are to be borne by the customer. Such charges cannot be foreseen and are subject to each recipient country laws. 
• For international orders, in the event of returns due to exchange or if the recipient refuses the delivery due to high duty charges, the customer will be charged to & fro shipping fees as well as local duties that Ayana may incur when the parcel is shipped back to us.
• House of Ayana will value the package as per the bill value. We have the strict policy against under valuation and cannot mark as gift.
