In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply contact us via email with your purchase details within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Exchanges will not be processed via phone/ Whatsapp.
We do not allow Refund and Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product once - we'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.
Wish to wait for New Arrivals? We offer store credit for any unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packing which will be valid for a period of 100 days from the date of issue.
We do not accept returns or exchange of Gift Cards, jewelry and accessories once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect. Merchandise bought from our LAST CHANCE section is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Alterations of heavily discounted items are chargeable additionally based on the extent of rework involved. Customized products such as BLOUSES, KURTIS & OTHER READYMADE GARMENTS, Saris that have tassles made, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
For locally delivered orders, if an exchange is initiated, the customer is required to ship the product back to us and shipping charges are applicable upon shipment of the exchanged goods. Return of such merchandise should be initiated and received by House of Ayana within 5 working days, post which the merchandise will be considered used and not eligible for an exchange.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at studioayana@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
